RUFUNDS POLICY

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY: Confirmed bookings may be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be made by email and are only valid when acknowledged by return email from Supermodel Club International. Requests for credits for cancellation will be subject to the deduction of any applicable credit card, banking and currency fees, plus the deduction of all prepaid transport, hotel, limousine and any communication costs related to arranging the booking.

Additional cancellation Fees will apply as follows:
7 days notice of cancellation: No Cancellation Fee
2-7 days notice of cancellation: 35% of booking fee.
Within 48 hours: 100% of the booking fee.

Please note: We do not offer refunds but after the deduction of the fees outlined above, any outstanding balance may be credited toward future services, subject to agency approval.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Membership with Supermodel Club International can be cancelled at any time.

We do not offer refunds of membership fees, booking fees or funds held on account for booking fees.
